Exemplary doc about Tracey Edwards and her all-female crew on the 1989 Whitbread round the world yacht race.

All immaculately put together with plenty of exciting archive stuff and more reflective modern-day talking head narration, it looks at chauvinism, feminism, sporting endeavour, dreams, female bonding, spiced up with a very British brand of underdog heroism and all buffeted by very big waves. It will be inspirational to many even if it lacks something of the sublime to make it a must-see.
